Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Every Aelvona Jewels piece goes through quality checks before shipping. Due to hygiene and product nature, jewellery once sold cannot be returned for personal reasons.

Returns Not Accepted For:

  • Change of mind
  • Product no longer required
  • Incorrect product selection by customer
  • Minor colour difference due to photography/lighting

Replacement / Exchange Available For:

We provide replacement in case of:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Manufacturing defect

Conditions:

  • Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Complete unboxing video from sealed package opening is required
  • Product must be unused
  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be available

Requests without proper proof may not be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds are processed only when replacement is not possible.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Covered Issues

The following are not considered manufacturing defects:

  • Tarnishing due to chemical exposure
  • Damage caused by improper usage
  • Scratches from regular wear
  • Exposure to perfumes, chlorine, water, or harsh chemicals
