At Aelvona Jewels, every jewellery piece is carefully packed and shipped with proper care to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Order Processing & Address Confirmation
After an order is placed, our team may contact the customer through WhatsApp for address confirmation before dispatch.
Customers are requested to verify and confirm their complete shipping address within 24 hours to avoid delays.
If we do not receive confirmation within the given time, order processing may be delayed.
Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, estimated delivery time is:

Metro cities: 3–5 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional ₹50 COD handling charge is applicable.
Incorrect Address Provided by Customer
Customers are responsible for providing and confirming accurate shipping details.
If an order is delivered to an incorrect address due to wrong details provided or confirmed by the customer, Aelvona Jewels will not be responsible for the loss of the package.
If a shipment is returned (RTO) because of incorrect address details confirmed by the customer, any applicable return shipping charges and re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Address or Shipping Error by Aelvona Jewels
If an incorrect delivery issue occurs due to an error from our side, Aelvona Jewels will take full responsibility.
Any applicable return shipping charges and re-shipping charges will be covered by Aelvona Jewels.
Order Tracking
After dispatch, tracking details will be shared with the customer through SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
